Titanium Ball Valve

Titanium Valves are made up of different titanium grades. The titanium is a naturally corrosion resistant and strong material. The alloys of titanium can come in nearly 40 different grades. Some of them are nuclear grade, some are food grade and others specified for specific operations. The commercially pure titanium grades are also available. The Titanium Ball Valve are made up of titanium casing with the balls being made of different grades of titanium or other alloy materials. The ball moves up and down the body to open and close the valve. The applications of the titanium valves can be seen in high corrosive, high temperature, high vibration environments such as the titanium exhaust valves in jet engines and in aircraft parts.
